No restaurants near this hotel. All good restaurants are 15 minute walk. Downtown Indy has little free parking and it is bit worth trying to drive from a hotel that charges an outrageous amount to park daily. That is the biggest detractor from this property.
Decent hotel near Lucas Oil, IUPUI, downtown. The rooms are decent size, comfy beds, clean bathrooms with decent amenities. Typical, and completely adequate breakfast options. It's connected to the Canal Walk, which I didn't even know existed in Indy. The ONLY drawback was the $45 for parking.
No hot tub, Wednesday evenings there are snacks and drinks, limited parking unless you use valet. Grab and go breakfast/snack bags were available for free. I couldn’t really keep the room cold enough, but that could be a personal preference.

Stayed two nights here, near the end of July 2025. It was fantastic. Great breakfast, very nice rooms and the service was impeccable. The hotel's location is literally just off the canal. My two teen daughters and I rented kayaks and were able to float past our hotel! It was an absolute wonderful, wonderful location. The halls smelled good, all amenities worked, and through Travelocity, it cost a bit more than the cheapest hotels but was well worth the cost.
Located in the heart of downtown, which made walking to destinations (food/meetings/ sites) very easy. So much to see and do. Security measures were top notch for single person travelers. Staff was very friendly, rooms exceptionally clean, workout room nicely equipped, breakfast had plenty of options for all types of diet choices. The bacon and overnight oats 5 .. Would highly recommend paying the couple extra $ for valet service for self parking very limited. The valet service was professional and quite helpful.
The location of the hotel is gorgeous! Breakfast was fresh and delicious everyday with great choices in teas.The staff/front desk was friendly and absoulety awesome! You will not be disappointed!

Elevator access is restricted to guests with room keys, enhancing security and safety. The rooms and facilities are consistently clean. During our three-night stay, the accommodations were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel provides desirable amenities, including a guest reception from 5-7 pm on Wednesdays. A complimentary hot breakfast is available until 10 am. The location is ideal, with downtown Indianapolis within walking distance. Self-parking is available in the garage for $42 per night, with valet service at $47 per night. The front desk staff, particularly Jared, provided excellent service. We recommend this hotel for those seeking lodging in downtown Indianapolis and plan to return for future visits.
